How to create a VPC
- [Instructor] Now that we've covered the basics of VPCs in Google Cloud, let's learn how to actually set up a network in the platform. From the main console dashboard page, let's open up the main navigation and find the NETWORKING section. Once you find it, navigate to VPC network and click on VPC networks. This will open up the default VPC networks page. If you do not see this screen, you first need to enable billing and set up your demo account correctly. Remember in our lesson on VPC best practices, I mentioned how a default VPC will be created for you. On this landing page is where you will see this default VPC network. This network spans a number of different regions, has a number of different default subnets, and a number of different out-of-the-box available information for you. Let's create our own custom VPC.
