Printing a spreadsheet
- When you want to print your spreadsheet, Google sheets gives you a bunch of options to choose from, so your spreadsheet prints out just like you want it to look on the paper. I'll walk through the printing process on my solar panel charts spreadsheet. This file is called print and it's located in the exercise files, chapter five folder. To start, open the specific sheet you want to print. I want to print my solar panel chart sheet. Choose the file menu and select print, or select the print icon in the toolbar. Next select your paper size. My printer paper size is the standard 8.5 by 11. So I'll select letter size here and choose either a landscape or portrait layout. Many spreadsheets are in landscape layout, my spreadsheet will work best in portrait layout, so I'll select portrait here.
