- [Instructor] You can use the version history tool in Google Sheets to see the revisions that have been made to a spreadsheet and edit and work with those revisions. If you've shared your Google Sheets spreadsheet with others and given them editing permissions, they'll be able to add to or edit the spreadsheet. It's often helpful to be able to review those revisions. Or you may just want to review the revisions you yourself have made to the spreadsheet. I'll show you how on this KinetEco solar panel spreadsheet. This file is called version history, and you'll find it in the exercise files chapter seven folder. First of all, you'll know who made the last revision when you look at the file in your Google Drive. The name of the collaborator who last made the revision to the spreadsheet will be listed under the file name under quick access, or next to the file name in the list.
