- [Instructor] In this next cluster of activities I wanna focus in on validation. In other words, here's what we heard before bringing you in today. Now tell us if we're right, and also tell us if we missed anything. And I wanna place all the emphasis here on the current messaging platform. And this is really important because this information is the most important thing to our project problem. This is really about here's what you say, how you say it, where you say it, and what you don't say. Now, given all of this, are you who you think you are? So, this is pretty big stuff, and it's a fun topic to get into. Many times as brands grow they lose control of their messaging platform. So, I'm never surprised to see people react in ways like, "Whoa, we say that?" Or, "Wait, wait wait, why don't we say this?" So, it's really fun and illuminating process.
