- [Narrator] Let's begin by looking at the activities that will help the client provide us with their insider expertise, help us understand what we couldn't possibly know as the outsiders, that really good stuff. This also tends to be the area where the client is most excited to talk to us, because they know themselves really well. And this is their comfort place, so this is a great place for us to build some mutual excitement. In this area, the main focus that I've come up with, is that we want WOW to help us better understand what their value is. What makes them special? What makes them different from their competitors? And, ultimately, why do they believe customers choose them? Hopefully, through this line of questioning, we'll also discover a bit about how they relate to their brand message. How different people at WOW talk about it in their everyday. And, generally speaking, how they all feel about it. We're going to use three different activities that focus on helping us better…
