- [Narrator] The last thing that I wanna focus on is understanding the flyers. No, I don't mean the paper handouts. But, I mean the flyers as in the actual potential passengers on the airplane. Remember back in the beginning, we identified two main user groups that are at the center of this problem. Those passengers who are new flyers to WOW and those passengers who should be returning flyers. I'm gonna uses WOWs passengers to help me get the client team to describe some of their basic preferences and needs so that we can talk about what we'll design and how we'll design it for them. This is a big moment. It's a chance to make everyone in the room see how we'll best succeed in marketing the brand to the users we want to win and obtain. How can we run with this? I certainly don't want to ask the client, "Now that we've talked all day about this problem, "how do you think we should solve it?"
