- [Narrator] Okay, we're moving forward. The good news is WOW, our hypothetical client is, we'll say, hypothetically well-informed. We found some great information through our initial conversations and it seems like they're gonna be a great trusted partner in many ways as we move forward. What we need to do next is get a little more up to speed or sometimes a lot depending on the situation. But in our case, I'm gonna say some. And so we wanna try to increase what we know so that we can bring the most valuable level of our services to the client. And there are two relatively fast techniques that I like to use for this. And then many, many more that you can use if you really need to dive deep. The first one that I wanna talk about is a media audit. A media audit is a review of all the published material by WOW about WOW. We wanna look at this material because it's gonna tell us exactly how they speak about the brand.
