Challenge: Categorize your questions

- [Narrator] For this challenge, we're working on developing some broad ideas about the types of questions we'll ask our client in our first work session with them. I suggest we revisit the KWHL document, and take a closer look at all of the information we don't know, in the W column. Along with that, we should've already specified how we'll find it out in the H column, as in whether it's user-based or client-based research. Look at the client-based research entries, and categorize them into the three areas I've given you. Knowledge, validation, and consensus. Later we're gonna use this to help choose the right activities to run and to build the best possible schedule for the day. If you don't have your own KWHL chart, feel free to use mine to run through this challenge. Good luck!
