- [Narrator] We're looking to gain a bit of knowledge on our case study problem. Mainly because we're just plain curious at this point. So the challenge is to visit some of WOW Airline's primary media points, like the website, print advertisements, and TV commercials, and also take a look at some of the existing customer reviews. Document your top five research findings and your top five assumptions. Try to keep the research relevant to our problem. You're exploring how brand communication might increase the amount of WOW passengers. There's no wrong answers here, but some that are gonna be more helpful than others. When you're finished, join me in the next movie, and I'll share with you how I approach this challenge.
