- [Instructor] For this challenge, I'd like you to take your initial batch of questions and assumptions and try to form the best ones into simple, open ended questions to ask your client. Open ended questions should prompt the client to talk to you, not just answer yes or no. In addition to using your research and assumptions, remember that we also wanna learn more about how WOW is organized as a company. So consider a question or two about that as well. The idea with an unstructured interview is just that, it's unstructured, so it should really feel much more like a conversation. You're not reading from a list of questions, like, okay, question one, how well do you think your customers understand what to expect when flying WOW airlines? That feels way too scripted, right? And you're trying to create a conversation. A conversation is gonna be much more likely to give you a thoughtful and candid answer in return.
