- [Narrator] One of the most important points to seal this whole experience up is making sure you share the results with your client, and really, this is the kind of big key to maintaining that buy-in and co-ownership that we've worked so hard to establish during the work session. Good, clear documentation is crucial because though you and your client team work together through all of these activities, their ability to digest what was learned and our ability to digest it might be two completely different things. Documentation also gives us one more chance to say, "Remember that persona building activity we did? Well, this is why we did it, here are the results, and here is how we turn that information into valuable ideas to move forward with."
