- If you're a designer of logos and you've never had the following conversation, I can assure you that at some point, you will. You'll be engaged with your client trying to determine their core objectives or the personality of the brand when they suddenly start listing the mandates for their project, they mention that they want to, obviously, include the company name. And since they sell widgets, it'd be nice to include a picture of one in the mark up. Oh, yes, and we've been in business since 1948 and that's important to our clients and did I mention that we have a motto? If there's a way to work it into the logo and it would be nice to, and, by the way, our firm is completely industry certified by the widget compliance authority, and...
