- [Instructor] In case you missed it, the previous segment explained the hypothetical problem we'll discuss throughout this course. I'll give you a quick recap, and if you wanna hear the whole story, watch the segment called Course Case Study. The quick recap is that I just got back from a trip to Iceland. On this trip I decided to fly with an affordable airline called Wow. Having no familiarity with the airline, I quickly assumed that its cheaper fares would equal an unpleasant experience, but I was wrong. It was actually a very nice airline. So, I thought about this perception versus reality experience that happened to me, and I think this is a pretty interesting brand communication problem. We're gonna use my experience as a jumping off point for a hypothetical design problem, which is Wow Airlines, a fairly new airline, is experiencing good, but not great, growth.
