- It seems like every time I end up in a conversation about dreams, someone recounts showing up too late for a test or showing up to a test and they've forgotten to study at all. A lot of anxiety there, and more of a nightmare than a dream to me. Your discovery meeting is a test in many ways. This may be the first time you meet with stakeholders or influencers. Showing that you've truly done your homework will help you grasp points more quickly and also builds confidence in the folks you're meeting with. It's another good reason to prefill as much of the discovery form as you can before gathering. Let's determine who will be attending your discovery meeting and their roles. The client will be glad you asked, and it allows you to prep and better visualize the meeting before it happens.
