- [Instructor] Wow, that felt like a whirlwind, but it's fun. I love working with clients and seeing them engage in the design process. It's really enjoyable, and it's also really beneficial to our work. There's a lot to explore from here. Something you can do is start small. In the next client meeting you have, hold a short research activity, just one, one that's targeted towards getting some kind of information that you think your client can help you with. It'll be good training for you, so you can get a taste of what it's like to organize, lead, and get your audience excited to participate. It's a bit of a learning curve, so doing a short workshop like this, or even just one activity, is a great way to start to practice. You can also try some of these activities out with you and your design team. Just because you're not the client, doesn't mean you can't do a Boston Box or a user profiling exercise.
