- [Narrator] My next step in preparation is to revisit the client team organization chart and determine who I'd like to have participate. If you're working with a small team, this will probably be easy as you would likely include everyone. But if you're working with a mid to large size client team, you'll need to be a bit more strategic about this. So of course you'll want to invite the client project team that you've no doubt been working with and talking with since the beginning of the project, and aside from them, you do have some considerations when it comes to choosing the right individuals to participate for the day. Here's some ideas and recommendations to follow. First, think about hierarchy. Invite a range and levels of employees. Although it might seem counter-intuitive at first to invite a low level employee to sit along of a CEO, it's actually quite beneficial, and it will offer a really great range of perspective on a question.
