- [Instructor] Let's consider another important element to running a successful client work session, your work space. We need to make it a happy, well-organized place. The first thing to think about is to try to have a dedicated workspace within your office where you can hold your client work session. Ideally, this place is closed off from the rest of your office in some way, so that the noise you make and the buzzing from the office, they don't collide together in a perfect storm of creativity. Inside your workspace, you should have a prearranged seating layout and know where you want to sit each person. You went to all that effort to invite a diverse range of employees, so make sure you seat them in interesting mixtures. It's kind of like being a wedding planner. You don't necessarily want to put everyone at odds, but you do want to mix it up a little bit so you get some good, interesting conversations.
