- [Instructor] In the challenge, I asked you to look around at some of WOW Airline's primary media points and then try and come up with some good questions and assumptions based on that investigation. Here are the top five research findings and assumptions that I determined after looking at WOW's branding. First one, WOW sure does embrace their purple branding color and that color is very different from most other airlines. I mean, take a look, that's loyalty to a color. Second one, they have a very youthful feel to their visual marketing. Third, they speak simply and direct to their viewer. The fourth, their customer service is bringing a lot of negative reviews on them, and the last one, they're not scared to spoof or write puns and generally, they have a lot of wit in most of their marketing material.
