Adding modularity with clusters

- [Instructor] Complex scripts can be hard to navigate, with lots of interconnected parts. If you want to adapt a script to some new purpose it can be difficult to cut out the parts that you need. Grouping visually organizes the script, does not actually reduce the number of components or complexity of connections. Clustering in Grasshopper provides a mechanism to deal with these challenges. In this video, we will look at how you use clustering to organize and modularize an existing script. I have the example file open in Grasshopper. I can see that the script has been organized into groups already, providing a starting point for clustering. Clustering provides an even more effective way to organize a script. With clustering you can actually use modularity to reduce repetition and isolate complex or proprietary parts.
