How to adjust component display properties in Grasshopper

- [Instructor] In this video, we'll talk about how we display components in both the Grasshopper canvas, as well as their outputs in Rhino. I'm working in the exercise file, display_modes.gh, and here we can see an example definition that we'll work with. Let's zoom in to the beginning stage of our algorithm. By default, Grasshopper components will be labeled on the canvas with a text abbreviation of their full names in the middle bar. So we can see things like, Move, RUnion, Explode, and so on. Under the display menu heading, we also have the option to replace those abbreviations with icons. So you can see if I click that draw icons button, instead of the text abbreviation, I get icons labeling all of my components. This is a personal preference whether you prefer icons or text, either one is fine. I prefer to use the text version, so that's mostly what you'll see in the examples for this course. So I'll go ahead…
