How to construct vectors in Grasshopper

- [Instructor] In this video, we'll look at constructing vectors in Grasshopper, and break down some of the common parts of any vector. You'll find components for working with vectors under the vector component tab in the vector sub menu. We'll mostly focus on the vector XYZ component in this video. To help us break down what a vector is and how it works, I think it's helpful to look at something very basic and very understandable, a straight line. So you can see up at the top of my definition here, I've got a set of components that are generating a line between two points. So we're using one construct point to make a point at the origin, and a second construct point fed by three number sliders to make an end point somewhere in the Rhino space. Those two points are connected by a line, and then we're using the length component to analyze the length of the line, which is also the distance between the two points. So those…
