How to create attractor points in Grasshopper
- [Instructor] In this video, we'll walk step-by-step through building attractor points in Grasshopper. We've got a new blank file open, and I'm going to start off by first making a grid of circles. So for that, I'm going to to use the Rectangular Grid component and that's located under the Vector component tab in the Grid subset. So let's click and drag that onto the canvas, and I'll go ahead and make two integer number sliders. And those will cover the X spacing and extent and the Y spacing and extent. So, I'll just quickly make a number slider by double-clicking in an empty part of the canvas. I'll start with a minimum of one. I'll set it initially to nine, and let's do a maximum of 40. Just click enter and that'll connect both to the X size and the Y size. Let's right-click and label this, and this will be our "X/Y Spacing". And then I can just duplicate that same exact number slider by left-clicking, tapping Option…
