How to create curvature spheres in Grasshopper

- [Instructor] In this video, we'll explore a relatively simple algorithm that takes advantage of Grasshopper's Surface Analysis components. To produce some aesthetically interesting forms from surface data. Our algorithm has four main steps. First, acquire a surface from Rhino. Then make a grid of points over it. At each one of those points, create a sphere. And finally, set the size of each sphere based on the surface curvature at its center point. So the higher the curvature, the larger the sphere. Let's walk through building this Grasshopper definition from scratch. I'll go ahead up to File and click on New Document, to create a blank Grasshopper file. Now, I've got a Rhino file open that has a freeform surface. You could work with that or create your own freeform surface. As long as there's some curvature to it, this algorithm will work just fine.
