Lowest possible degree (keep checking until it works)

- [Narrator] Hello and welcome. I have my exercise file open already. In the previous video, we looked at creating a custom C-sharp component to increase the degree of any NURBS surface. So here we have a degree one surface, and we are increasing the degree from degree one to degree three. But what if we want to reduce that degree? What if we want to take that degree three NURBS surface and actually remove some of the information and turn it into a degree one, so it becomes faceted like this? So let's create a surface. And I'm going to rebuild this, so it's degree three, with four points and just give it some shape so that we know and see what's happening. Okay, so now we have the surface. I'm going to take this surface, I'm going to input it into Grasshopper, and we'll internalize it, and then delete the geometry in Rhino. So now we have the surface coming in, it's going through the component and you see how…
