- [Instructor] I have my exercise file open already. We're in the process of implementing the parametric model we mapped out with our diagram in Grasshopper. We've added site constraints, and we've built out the logic for our sine wave. Now we'll combine the two to create a roof surface. So I'm going to grab my site constraints, and I'll bring them over here so I can use them more easily. I'm going to extract the curve, so I'll go Params, Curve, from the site context, so this output is a curve defining the boundary of the space. I'm going to use that to trim back the surface that I've created. So to find that component, I'm going to double-click, we'll do Project to project a curve onto a surface, we'll connect the curve, connect the surface, and now we're going to use this projected curve to cut this surface, cut off the extra surface that's intersecting with the buildings.
