Setting up Wallacei

Setting up Wallacei

- [Instructor] Welcome. I have my exercise file open already. This is the second in a series of videos focused on the application of Evolutionary Solvers on design within Grasshopper 3D. Specifically using the Wallacei plugin. In my file, I have two geometry inputs, I have this mesh, which represents a face, and then I have this curve, the curve is the interface to the edge of the mask where it touches the face. And I have these four numeric inputs, each has the wlc prefix and that prefix will actually tell the Wallacei component to automatically kind of suck those inputs in, if I go in here and Select all Sliders. So these four inputs are going to control the geometry of the cartridge location for the mask. So let's set that up. First thing I'm going to do, is run into curve, Utility and I'm going to convert that boundary curve into a Polyline. And let's change this distance to .1, so I have Polyline approximation.…
