- [Instructor] In addition to the plugin community on Food4Rhino, there's a vibrant community of Grasshopper users creating and sharing amazing content on the Grasshopper forum here and more recently here on the updated forum. In this video, I will walk through the steps of downloading and using an existing structural prototype similar to what one might find on the Grasshopper user forum. The cost and complexity of a novel structural system generally determines whether or not it can be implemented in the project. Architects that can control cost and complexity can get expressive and innovative structures built. This therefore becomes an important optimization opportunity, a solution space to explore prototypes in Grasshopper. For this video, I have an exercise file open in Grasshopper.
