- [Instructor] The Grasshopper forum and shared Grasshopper scripts are a tremendous resource. With some careful searching, you can often find users that have already solved the exact problem you are working on. Unfortunately, this user-driven content usually requires some updating and cleanup to make it useful. In this video, we will walk through the process of fixing common issues related to Grasshopper versioning and plugin dependencies. When scripts have been written in an older version of Grasshopper, typically they will load and run without error. There are times though when the script has been written in a newer version of Grasshopper than you are running. This is rare if you are diligent about downloading and installing the newest version of Grasshopper as they are released. If it does occur however, the solution is simply to update your version of Grasshopper. You can check your version by clicking on Help, About. You can see here that I'm working in build 0.9.0076.
