- [Instructor] Welcome, I have my exercise file open already. This is the fifth in a series of videos focused on machine learning using the Crow plugin within Grasshopper 3D. In prior videos, we set up this script to take 3D face scans represented as a mesh and sort the faces, so they can determine the nose, the cheeks, and the chin. Here's the neural network that we're training. Here's that classification being applied. And I added a little visualization here to more easily see that it's sorting the faces appropriately. So, how do we take this classification and do something useful with it? What I want to do is create a reference plane based on recognizing the features of the face, so that if we want to parametrically insert and optimize some geometry as a face shield, we can do that on different faces automatically.
