Using the exercise files

- [Instructor] If you're a premium member of Lynda.com or LinkedIn Learning, you have access to the exercise files used throughout this course. These files can be found on the Exercise Files tab on the main course page. The files are organized into main folders for each chapter and sub folders for each video. Most often the exercise files will have the extension .gh. These are the files that you should open in Grasshopper. Some examples use both a Grasshopper file and a Rhino file, which will have the extension .3dm. These files should be opened at the same time and I'll let you know when that needs to happen. Other files will be saved as a beginning and an end state. These will have the suffix _done. In the videos, I'll walk through how to set up these files and you can check out the end states to see exactly what we covered. If you don't have access to the exercise files, you can still follow on from scratch as I walk through each example.
