Basic camera anatomy of the Hero5/6 Black camera
- Let's explore the basic anatomy of the GoPro Hero5 Black. Now, all GoPros are very similar, and you'll see a lot of different icons and even shapes, repeated throughout the product history. But I want to walk you through what's happening here. First up, let's start with the front of the camera. You'll notice that we have a LCD screen here on the front. Now, once the camera is powered on, important information will be on display here. Now, this is pretty useful here, and it will tell you essential information about what you're shooting. Next to it is the actual camera lens. Now, this cover here is protective. And if it gets scratched up, you can replace that. But be careful about getting fingerprints on there, as it could ruin your shot. I recommend a soft lens cloth, that you keep handy, and it'll make it easy to keep it clean. Now, if we turn the camera to the side here, you'll see that we have one physical button. This button here is going to be used to switch the different modes.…
