Now if you want to get some animation into your HTML email, there's a lot of email clients that support animated GIF. So to explore this option, let's come down into the email.html file. Let's come down and find our logo. So I put together an animated GIF of the logo. So I'm going to put in _animated.gif for the logo. Now there's a few things that you want to keep in mind when you're creating an animated GIF for an email. Since not all email clients support this, you want to make sure that the first frame and the last frame of your animated GIF have the full graphic in place. So if you're using this for something like a banner ad, you want to make sure that all of the text and the logo again, is on the first frame and the last frame. If the animation is supported then we can see all of the animated frames in between. So this strategy is a little bit different than the way you might build a banner ad.
