- [Instructor] The next tags I'd like to take a look at include the strong tag, the M tag, and the A tag, which is for links. So first of all, let's talk about strong and M, and these two tags you may be familiar with already. They are two of the most abused tags in all of HTML. Typically, people use the strong tag for making things bold and the M tag for making things emphasized, but that's not how they're supposed to be used at all. So the strong tag is supposed to draw attention to these particular words, as they are super important and we must pay attention to them. See how I did that? Whereas the M tag is a voice stress, like, we refused to eat boring salad! So remember that strong and M are successors to things like the B and the I tags. The letter B for bold was a tag that made things bold back in the day, but it's not used for that purpose anymore. Likewise, don't use the M tag to make those things italic. Don't use I to make things italic, that has a different meaning also…
