In this particular case, once again, remember I said this was an article and that we didn't have to consider anything else. That we're just going to mark this up all by itself. So, in that particular case, we don't need to worry about a header. We don't need to worry about the article tag. We don't need to worry about the section. We're just going to start marking this up, really starting with an H1. The title for the whole document. And, so, that's why I chose the H1 here for Olive Oil as a Natural Moisturizer. And, then, as I read through this, listening to the little voice in my head, the little drama queen I got living in there, it said have you ever wondered about the benefits of olive oil? Sure it has amazing health benefits when eaten, so I went ahead and mark that up as emphasized. And then of course it's not just for cooking anymore.
