Exporting images and movies

- If your scene is very heavy, has a lot of gradients or effects, it might start slowing down, so in that case, you want to render it out, and that's this button here. So there's our scene, we can do the usual media player things of, hit play, or set it to loop, and you can also double the size. I have a preferred way of doing it, and it's as least as quick, and that's just simply to go file, export movie. And I'm going to save this as render.mov to the desktop. You can render all frames, or you can render a range, and 1-60 is all frames in this case. You can go full resolution, or 1/2 or 1/4. So let's go with 1/2, and I'm going to go with the default movie options, and click OK. So now, on the desktop, if I find the file, right click, and go "Open With" my favorite media player, VLC, be sure it's set to loop, and now we can play the scene over and over and over again. Looks pretty good. So let's quit out of that. Now, if you want to do full production work, the usual reccomended…
