A triangle is a three side polygon you may also be familiar with the square or maybe the rectangle. And how about the pentagon which kinda looks like a home plate. And we can also consider the hexagon. These are all polygons that you probably wanna know, and you should know also that if a polygon is a regular polygon, that means that the sides are all the same and the interior angles are the same. Now I know my hexagon doesn't look like it but if I had drawn it precisely, and I wanted to make it a regular hexagon that would mean that this angle is equal to this angle, that equals this angle, equals this angle, all the interior angles would be the same and all the side lines will also be the same.
