- [Voiceover] Even questions as straight forward as sentence equivalence can be really valuable to review even if you got them right. In this video, I'll go over some questions you can ask yourself after working on a practice sentence equivalence question. So, question number one, what is the story? Did you pick up on the main idea of the question? Was that helpful? Were you able to predict an idea for the blank? And if you did, what were your clues to do so? Once you did pick your choices, did you go back and see if you had any kind of textual support for them? And then are your choices close synonyms? It's really important to ensure that the two choices that you pick create very similar meanings for the sentence. So remember there's something to learn from or observe in every real ETS GRE question, and make sure you get to the point where you can explain how any given sentence equivalence question works to a friend to make sure you've learned all that you can from it.
