- [Voiceover] In this video, I'll talk a little about the solution sets of lines and inequalities. So let's say we have a couple of lines. Let's say we have y=1/2x +3 and we also have y=-4x-2. So if I sketched these lines. I'll go ahead and do that. I'm just going to give you sort of a rough sketch. Let's see the first one is going to be y intercept at positive three. The bottom line is going to have a y intercept at negative two because here are the y intercepts of those lines. Now, try to, just sketch the top one first. We're going to go up one, over two, up one, over two. So if I were to sketch it, looks something like that. And now I'll sketch this one. So this time we are going to go down four, one, two, three, four, and over one. So I'm able to sketch this one. It's going to look kind of like that.
