- Let's now talk about the last things that we need to do to the video to make sure that it's totally finished. And here we'll talk about effects, titles, audio and color correction. Now for a video like this there really aren't too many effects but one potential problem that still exists are some major leaps in time through the process of preparing this meal. So we chose to implement a very simple transition effect to help us out and that's the fade to color effect. We experimented with both black and white and decided that we just wanted classic fades to black to represent larger passages of time. I'd like to show you a few uses of this. - We're going to do about a one inch dice. I'm leaving the peel on the potatoes because there's a lot of nutrition and fiber in that peel. I'm going to use a couple sweet potatoes today because they're pretty small. We're also going to be using an onion. I'm using yellow onion today but you can use red if that's what you have. - So you can see that…
