Channel SOP
- [Instructor] Now we're going to take a look at another way we can get channel data out of the Chops context, and apply that to Geometry in our sops context. So I'm going to go into our model geometry object here into our geometry area. And so I've got another chop network now, called the pscaleCHOP, and basically I just copied and pasted a rotation chop network, and I just changed the scaling on it so we didn't have a zero to 360 value, but a value range that was more applicable to scaling. And this is how we do this, so what we're going to do is we're going to show you how to use the channel sop, which is a sop we can use to read an incoming attribute and change that based on data that is coming out of a chop network. So first thing we need to do is we need to make sure we just have this attribute on our geometry, and what we're going to do is we're going to create a basic pscale attribute on our template points of our copy set up here, and then modify that with animated channels…
