Let's go in there, and you can see this is comprised of two simple pieces of geometry we've provided being fed into a blend shape node that's being driven by a channel that's in this undulateCHOP channel network, so, if I play this back, you can see that we have the basic outline of motion that we're shooting for here, and what we're going to do is we're going to use a finite element solver to give us some organic tissue motion that turns this kind of harsh and inorganic animation bit into something that has that great jellyfish quality.
