Manipulating animation channels

- So we've seen how to generate some simple animation data and then how to apply that to geometry in the scene. I wanna show you a few other nodes in the motion effects level just so you can see some of the potential of other things that can be done in there as well as how to manipulate the data that exists in there. I move my parameters window over a little bit and zoom in here and let's put the display flag on our basic wave. One of things here is we notice in the motion effects view that this data is going from one to negative one. And one of the things that you find yourself doing all of the time in this world of Houdini is re-scaling values because you might need this to be zero to 100. You might need this to be .01 to .087. You know, depending on what you're doing and what this is affecting, that's important. As with many things in Houdini, that could be done all over the place but a really convenient and handy way to do it on this world is with the math node. So what we're…
