- [Narrator] The area you'll most likely spend the most time in in Houdini is the network view. And this is the area where we build our scene, we build all of our assets, we make our nodes, and we connect our nodes to each other. And I just want to give you a really basic rundown so you can understand the network view, and we're also going to sort of customize some of the options in there as well. Obviously as we've seen, we can customize extensively in Houdini. So first off what I'm going to show you is just navigating around in here. I'm going to hit my middle mouse button and click around, then I can use my scroll wheel to zoom in and out, and now a big thing here is that often what we're doing is we have nodes that contain other nodes. And these can be subnetworks or different contexts, and we're often always kind of going in and out of these different nodes. And we do this with the "i" key to go inside, so I'm going to click on a node here. I'm going to hit the "i" key, and I go…
