Using Houdini digital assets in CINEMA 4D

- Loading our Houdini Digital Asset into Cinema 4D is a simple task, and we'll step through that now. We'll go to the Pipeline menu, and under Houdini Engine, we'll click on Load Asset. You can see we are looking in chapter two of our exercise files in the houdini folder and the hda folder where you can see our sphere_grid_01.hda which we made in chapter one. We've placed that into this folder in chapter two as well for convenience. So we'll click on that and we'll open it up. And you can see, now we have our grid of randomly sized spheres visible inside of Cinema 4D. I'm going to zoom out a little bit to frame this up so we can see everything. In our objects pane up here, you can see we have our Houdini Generator Object that we made. It even has the exact same name that it was in Houdini. And we'll open this up and we'll have another part of the Houdini Generator Object. If we click on the lower part of the Houdini Generator Object, there's a few important things we want to look at…
