- [Instructor] In Houdini you'll find that working with and visualizing attributes on geometry can almost be as important as actually visualizing the geometry itself depending on what you're doing, depending on the kind of effects you're trying to produce. So what we're going to take a look at now is some variety of different ways to visualize some basic data in Houdini via some of these icons in the view port. So to start I'm going to turn off our training room I'm going to turn off its display flag. I'm going to go to my camera selector and just select native view port camera and then I'm just going to scroll around so we just frame up our sphere a little bit bigger. Then hit my d key, go to background and turn off display environment lights as background just so we have a clean background. Now under the display modes let's switch to wire frame. Okay so no we've got a wire frame sphere on a black background. Let's look at these icons down here. So the first thing I want to look at…
