- [Instructor] Okay so let's talk about the reporting process, and actually delivering that report. So, oftentimes, we conduct what's called an exit interview or outbrief in many cases. An exit interview is all about presenting the findings and conclusions to the governing body that you're producing this report for, whether that's executive management, board of directors, or an audit committee, you're presenting it to them and you're providing the opportunity to correct any misunderstandings. Look, if they were expecting to see something else in this report, or if they were expecting different questions to be answered or other metrics that you were going to test against, this is the time for them to express that. You also want to allow them just to express their views. Oftentimes it's a way for them to let it out and say, "Gosh, we had no idea it was this bad," or, "What do you mean we're not doing this?"
