So, typically, what that means is it's a series of documents or a big long document published by some kind of standards organization or industry specialist organization and it's there for you to download and read, and provide guidance on how best to set something up or do something, like running a business. So, it's essentially documented best practices for business processes, for example. How to create a business process, how to mature a business process over time, what resources you would need for the business process.
