- [Instructor] When you're considering who in your organization might participate in collaborative coding, don't let the word coding limit you. I have found some really great success stories in bringing in people for pairing and also mobbing who are in other types of technical roles. What are some examples of this? The first one would be designers. It's kind of, to me, almost an obvious choice. So, if you are making an application for a customer and end-user, and an example I worked with recently was a mobile application for an IoT device, bringing the designer over and joining, as we did in our case, the mob, was really, really useful because as the programmers were adding features to the application, the designer who was embedded with the team could show and have the team consider the user interface and the user experience for the end-users.
