- [Instructor] So as with pair programming when you're mob programming you want to careful intention to your programming environment. And I'll just give you an example. There can be many other examples. But you're going to see that we're going to be working with a new language called Ballerina. So we want to make sure that everybody understands the version of Ballerina we're going to be working with, the editor we're going to work with, the editor plugin version, and if we have sample code. Now in addition to that, some mobs use some kind of a timer and there are Pomodoro timers where you can set up a rotation for each mob member so different members can play different roles. In other words, somebody who's a mobber can become a navigator or can become a driver. So you can use a timer for that or application. Or you can actually just rotate when the team agrees. Now what does mobbing look like? It's a new technique and I get that question a lot when I'm talking with customers about it.…
