- In our last module, we reviewed the activities around the service delivery processes, where we now understand the requirements gathering and the ongoing management of services to meet requirements, how we went about and designed those processes through availability, continuity, that we want to protect the integrity of those services through security, that we have the resources, again capacity and budgeting and accounting for IT services. So, we kind of have that delivery aspect. Now, we have another aspect to consider, in terms of how we manage our service management system, and this is when we look at our relationship processes. Our relationship processes are saying that we recognize that there's entities outside of the service provider, the direct control of the service provider, and those two processes are business relationship management and supplier.
